Planr now speaks four languages

The entire Planr interface is now available in English, Swedish, Russian, and Arabic.

Production floors aren't monolingual, and the plan shouldn't be either. Each person can use Planr in the language they think in.

Arabic ships with full right-to-left support, so layouts, tables, and navigation mirror correctly from end to end.
